Product Directions

Use every morning. Smooth cream over entire face and gently spread it in until the colour blends well with your natural skin tone. Retouch as needed throughout the day. For best results use as part of the PONDS FLAWLESS RADIANCE skincare regime.

My Review

Let me start by saying that I have acne scarring ( thank you adult acne!), hyperpigmentation and a bit of eczema. I'm not looking for perfection when it comes to my skin, I'm just looking for something that I can throw on when I go grocery shopping.

Delight

• It has an spf of 30! No more freaking out because you forgot to put an spf before starting your make-up.
• I LOVE that this product isn't greasy on my skin. The silicone base makes it a great primer on my skin.
• It does even my skin tone slightly, but it doesn't look like I'm wearing make-up
• It doesn't break my skin out!
• It has a lovely light scent that isn't annoying like some other BB Creams I've tried
• It doesn't make my skin ashy! Thank you sweet brown baby Jesus!

Disappointment

• I fear that 25ml isn't enough for me. I love this product and I would like to use it everyday, but I fear that I could run through a 25ml bottle very quickly.

If I could I would...

 Make a bigger bottle of course! That's really about it.


Overall I really like this product, and I am definitely going to add it into my make-up regime. This product also comes in the colour beige for fairer skin tones. The product will be retailing for around R80 at select Clicks tores starting in the month of May. Get excited South Africa!

Ponds Flawless Radiance BB Cream High Tea Launch

Good Beauty Diaries had the privilege to attend the launch of Ponds Flawless Radiance BB Cream last week in Cape Town, and I must say that it was a wonderful and very girly experience. I entered into a room that was flooded with different shades of pink and tons of goodies to indulge in. Needless to say, my diet went right out the window for the day. It was totally worth it! There was also a bottle of the new unreleased bottle of Ponds Flawless Radiance BB Cream at my place setting. This is what I was waiting for. Who doesn't love exclusive goodies?! You know I opened the bottle and tested it on my hand immediately. I don't play that coy "I don't like things" mess.

It also protects your skin from damaging UV rays with an SPF of 30++, removing the need to apply addition sunblock.

The exact shade of the Chocolate BB Cream was developed on the basis of numerous studies carried out in South Africa.
