Wake Up Gorgeous!

Nighttime is the right time! It's the time that your body and it's cells get to repairing all that damaged we endure. There are a few nighttime beauty treatments that can aid your body in helping you wake up gorgeous:

•BABY SOFT SKIN•

If you have rough feet, elbows & knees, try this home remedy. Exfoliate and shower before bed. Get three pairs of clean socks and cut the toes off of two pairs. Slather petroleum jelly or Vaseline on your elbows, knees and feet. Slide the socks over your feet, and the toe less socks over your knees and elbows. Those rough spots will be super soft in the morning. Be sure to shower and moisturize as usual in the morning. 

•SAY GOODBYE TO PUFFINESS•

Try stacking up your pillows to elevate your head at night. Be sure to lay on your back to prevent fluid from gathering around your eyes and face. Swap that cotton pillowcase for a silk or satin one in order to prevent wrinkles and sleep lines.

•WAKE UP SMELLING SWEET•

Did you know that deodorant penetrates the skin best at night when your calm and dry? Deodorant is able to penetrate into the sweat ducts and leaves smelling fresh in the morning and throughout the day. Try it!

•BANISH DRY SKIN•

Sleep with a humidifier on all year round. The added moisture in the air keeps the skin plump and hydrated.


All of the overnight beauty treatments are a waste of time without getting a solid 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night!
